Every CPESN pharmacy follows standardized service delivery protocols, including consistent, core services provided across practice sites.
CPESN clinicians document care through an HL7 Pharmacist Care Plan; which includes things such as:

This means one data feed and one summary report for all pharmacies and partners. There is no third-party self-interest.
a local, community pharmacy network, and part of the nation’s first, and only, Accountable Pharmacy Organization (APO). CPESN pharmacies are clinically integrated and have a unique focus on patient outcomes.
Our members are performance-based and willing to be held accountable, produce clinical outcomes, and be reimbursed using Alternative Payment Models.
