CPESN IA NETWORK PHARMACIST AWARDED DISTINGUISHED YOUNG PHARMACIST AWARD
DES MOINES, IA (IPA) — CPESN IA network pharmacist, Mylo Wells, was awarded the Distinguished Young Pharmacist Award! It is presented annually to a pharmacist within their first 10 years of practice. Since the inception of this award 35 years ago, fourteen of the past recipients are also CPESN IOWA network pharmacists.
SENATOR CHUCK GRASSLEY TALKS PRESCRIPTION DRUG PRICES
ADEL, IA (WOI) — Along with Sumpter Pharmacy, CPESN IA hosted Senator Chuck Grassley, former US Representative David Young running for Iowa House, and Representative Newland along with a dozen community pharmacists and Adel community members to discuss concerns about ensuring access to community pharmacies and appropriate compensation for medications and services in those pharmacies.
